Very limited contracting is managed via individuals at our hospitals or corporate office. If you wish to contact us regarding information technology, marketing, or professional services such as staffing, recruitment or process/services management, please complete the form below. Your request will be forwarded to the relevant individual. However, please be aware that if we are not currently in need of the service you provide – or are not evaluating new vendors – you may not receive an immediate response as we receive hundreds of vendor inquiries each month. We only manage new supplier requests electronically.

Capella subscribes to Reptrax for vendor certification management. If you are an existing vendor, please remind your local representatives that non compliance with vendor relationship policies outlined in Reptrax will exclude your organization from consideration of corporate contracting.

If you are an existing vendor with an ethics or compliance-related concern that you are not comfortable with discussing with a specific hospital, please contact our corporate Office of Ethics and Compliance at (615) 764-3000. You may also make an anonymous report by calling the Capella Ethics Line at (866) 384-4276 or by making an online report directly to Ethics Point. Your call will be handled by Ethics Point, an outside firm that specializes in Ethics Line Calls. The Ethics Line is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can be assured any concerns will be promptly investigated.
