What do you think about Connections?

Do you work at one of Capella Healthcare’s facilities? If so, we want to know what you think about the Capella Connections newsletter and as well as other ways in which we communicate with you. Let us know your opinion by participating in a brief readership survey no later than December 31, and you’ll be entered into a drawing to win a $75 gift card!

To be eligible to be included in the drawing, you must complete the survey no later than 11:59 pm CST Saturday, December 31; be officially associated with a Capella-affiliated facility on December 31; and provide a phone number or email address at which we can make contact with you no later than Friday, January 6. Each individual may participate only once in the survey. A random drawing from all participants will be conducted on January 3, with the winner being notified shortly thereafter. Please be candid in your responses. Your feedback is completely anonymous unless you choose to share your name.
